Satellite Golf Story --------------------------------- Satellite Golf, Canada, was incorporated in 2003 in the Province of Alberta, with the Regional office located in Sherwood Park, Alberta, Canada. The Company provides handheld and cart-mounted GPS (global positioning systems) and information management systems to designated sectors in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Idaho in the golf course industry. These products are supplied through a territorial distribution agreement between GPS Industries and Satellite Golf, Canada. The Company has many GPS product offerings. The first is the Inforemer HD Extreme enhanced with a 10.4” vivid bright screen tablet mounted off the steering column. The Inforemer is enhanced with rich graphics and features. The second is a 3.5" color handheld and cart mount solution, which is the only advanced GPS handheld golf instrument in the industry to date. Over the past several years GPS Industries GPS system "the Inforemer” has received rave revues around the globe on the highly technical Inforemer and its amazing interface providing a golf experience like never seen before. Satellite Golf has created many relationships in all territories with anticipation of a viable future. The handheld product, the Inforemer, is a high-resolution device that can be carried or attached to a golf bag or power cart. The Inforemer display gives a full overview of the course at each hole, look ahead to the group in front, seeing the topography of each green, pro-tips, distance measurements to the pin, green-side bunkers and water hazards, food and beverage menus, emergency help and more. The system also allows course management to monitor the current and past location of each player and the trace of each round, enabling course management to control traffic, increase the pace of play of golfers and thereby increase golf course revenue. In addition, the system offers clubhouse management the ability to instantly communicate with players and also offers wireless communications for the golfer to offer merchandise or refreshments. Our latest advancement includes wireless "WiFi" community and golfcourse access enabling the course to become its own Internet Service Provider (ISP)generating revenue that is far greater than ever before.
